    So far my day started off well. For breakfast, I had an organic cereal with pumpkin seeds. I usually don’t eat organic foods, but lately they all have been really good. I’ve tried an organic spinach lasagna for dinner the other night. I’m really hoping that the food I’ve bought for my goal will help me get there. I’m still not sure about what foods are good, but with my research and diet plan I sure hope it goes well for me. I also ran for about 40 minutes last night. I was dying out since I haven’t ran in forever, but I know I can do this.
